This 2-month course will guide you into developing easier rhythmic breathing that fits smoothly into your stroke cycle.

This Master Class Breathing is divided into 2 stages, with 4 weeks in each stage. There are 3 practices assigned in each week, for a total of 24 practices. It is centered around an 800 m test swim, which you can perform in intervals or one continuous swim. A test swim is assigned at the beginning, after the first stage, and at the end.

Through these assignments in the course you will develop breathing skills such as head position, body position, timing, air managements, and breathing patterns.

This Master Class Breathing is divided into 2 stages, with 4 weeks in each stage. There are 3 practices assigned in each week, for a total of 24 practices. Each week the practices will focus on some feature of breathing, in terms of head position, timing, and air management. And each week the practices will focus on some feature of your body control and stroke pattern which supports easier breathing.

Practices may be repeated more than once during the week if desired.

For those in the coached-guided subscription you may leave reports on your practices and questions in your Personal Discussion Zone where your coach will respond to you each week, guiding your analysis of results and decision process.

Duration

The course will be open to you for 2 months and your subscription may be renewed.

Price

$30 per month for 2 months for the self-guided course.

$80 per month for 2 months for the coach-guided course.

Suitability

This membership is suitable for those who have attended a live training event or series of lessons, or who have been practicing on your own with TI materials. You should be able to swim 200 m continuously. It is suitable for those training in Level 1 and Level 2 skills. See Levels Of Proficiency for more information.
