This course has organized a complete set of Level 1 and Level 2 skills into into 6 steps, and over 50 assignments that will guide you in mastery of the stroke and of Pace control. This is a self-paced course. You may move through the assignments and steps at the rate suitable to your needs. Since each person following this online course will have a unique personal Improvement Goal – in terms of distance and pace – and each person will have their own budget of training time and pace of learning our intention is to explain the steps and the principles so that each person can make his own decision about how to train, as he/she follows this path.

You may leave reports on your practice results, observations and questions in your Personal Discussion Zone. Your coach will respond to those each week, guiding you in interpretation and making decisions for how to personalize the practices further.
