    Hold position for 3 belly breathes on each side, and let your spine loosen up further on each breath.

    Use a foam roller or pillow to support your knee and keep your hips vertical.

    1 -Start with shoulders aligned with hips

    2 – Swing arm upward

    3 – Let gravity pull your arm toward the ground.

    Focal Points

    • Keep hips lined up vertically
    • Swing arm upward then spread arms
    • Let spine and shoulders gently stretch further on each breath.
