Learn the sequence and the principles behind doing practice in an organic way, which follows your natural, healthy pace of development.
The course is divided into seven sections of reading with assignments along the way which, step-by-step, have you build your own plan for a series of practices. The reading is composed of summaries of key concepts which taken together may take less than two hours to go through. The assignments will take you a bit longer. In places where more explanation may be desired there are links to articles and posts in our library which expand upon those topics.
When you follow the assignments along the way, by the end you will have a plan which you can immediately start using with the understanding to continually modify and improve that plan to better fit your evolving needs.

This course is suitable for those who have attended a live training event or series of lessons, or who have been practicing on your own with TI materials. It is suitable for those training in Level 1 and Level 2 skills.
This is a self-paced course. You pay a one-time fee for the Self-Coaching 101 course and may access the course for 3 months. If you have another active membership in the Dojo, your access to this course may be continued as long as your membership lasts, just ask.
