    At faster-than-normal Tempos you will challenge your Timing and Precision of movements. It will expose weakness and limitations in your skills that are still present when you swim at your normal Tempo, but you are not aware of how they are affecting you. You are getting away with errors you can’t tolerate at higher Tempos. Working at faster-than-normal Tempos will make you aware of those weaknesses in your Timing and Precision and give you the opportunity to improve them. It will create even more speed for you at your normal Tempos.
