    Hi Praneeth! A good list of cues from memory!

    Make sure the ‘stiffness’ in the lower body that you feel is from lengthening the body (pulling the ankles away from the crown of the head) rather than from contracting (as if you were doing a sit up).

    -When you turn sideways, have head centered. Use hip to turn you

    -side nudge and using lats for bringing hand forward
